Can I pick up my food instead of having it delivered?
Yes! You can pick it up from our location at 214 E. 6th Street. 

Can I place an order on the website?
Saundra’s Kitchen is an app-based ‘restaurant’, and ordering is done completely via our app, available on Google Play and iTunes. Our menu changes daily and is always current on the app, but the website is a great place to see examples from our current rotation.

I’m having a problem with the app; how can I get help?
We are constantly improving and adding features, however, if you do run into a problem with the app please email us at support@saundraskitchen.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

What if I have a food allergy?
We urge those with food allergies to examine the list of ingredients we provide for each of our menu items. All of our food is cooked on shared equipment; please exercise your own best judgement when ordering from our menu.

What type of ingredients do you use in your food?
We use only the freshest ingredients in all of our meals. Our menu is made daily from scratch.

Do you offer catering?
We would love to cater your event. Visit our catering section to view the current menu. We will work with you to make sure your order is perfect!

What if I need my food at a precise time?
We always strive to deliver your food at the beginning of our delivery slots. Please choose the slot that begins closest to the time that you desire.

Can I tip my delivery driver?
We believe that all of our customers deserve to eat delicious food without the added cost of delivery. If you feel that our drivers deserve a tip, please feel free to do so, although tipping is not available via app at this time.

Is my credit card information secure?
We use Stripe to handle all of our credit card processing. Your credit card information is completely secure.
